Hello, my Windows 10 display settings are: Screen resolution
3840 x 2160
User defined scaling
263%
When I start FSRealistic the window is to small.
Also a right click on the FSRealistic.exe to edit the "settings -> compatibility -> change high DPI settings" does not work. The displayed window remains so small.

I'm not a windows expert. It seems your FSRealistic window is displayed on the border of your screen. Maybe you could try Windows+TAB and check if you see the FSR window from there, then try to get it back to the visible zone of your screen?
Edit: Once you have displayed all active program windows with the Win+TAB shortcut, you'll be able to right click on the FSRealistic window. From there, you have multiple options to move the FSR window to a visible location.
OK, I now see what you are talking about however, when I make that change, the program activates but there is no window anywhere. I can see that the program is running in task manager, plus I hear it say FSREALISTIC but I cannot find the program anywhere on my desktop. Any ideas?
Hi Elton, here's a screenshot, just to be sure that we have different system windows. I uses windows 10 21H2. screenshot is in french but you should figure out with settings location. Hope this helps!
No matter what I try, it is still too small to see. I tried to find the settings that GSIDE stated above but I have no menu items listed as such. I'm stuck here... developer, please help.
Similar issue here with v2.0.2
I have two monitors: The main monitor is 4K with windows render scale of 150%. FSRealistic Pro is lauched on this monitor. The secondary monitor is 1920x1080 with windows render scale set to 100%.
When I move the FSRealistic Pro window from the 4K monitor to the FHD monitor, the window is not scaled properly: its size remains the same (the ratio 125% to 100% is not applied) so I only see a fraction of the window on the secondary monitor.
It was working well with FSRealistic Core.
If found a workaround, that also solves the "small window" issue of the OP:
Right click on the program file FSRealistic.exe
On the property form, move to the "compatibility" tab
At the bottom of this form, lick on "update High DPI settings"
On the new form at the bottom, click on "Replace High DPI behaviour..." (not sure of the english translation), then select "System", apply and close.
You should now have:
- FSRealistic Pro window scaled to the scaling ratio defined for your monitor
- When you move FSRealistic to another display, it is now correctly scaled by MS Windows
When you move the FSR window to another display, the position of the FSR window is switch (upward or downward depending of your display setup), and the drag is deactivated. You have to anticipate this by moving the FSR form through the bottom of your primary display, then continue to move it from the secondary display.
Have a great day!
I found a reason. I have two monitors 2k and 4k. At 4K I can’t see all of the window, when I slide it to my 2k monitor it all shows up. Must be a 4K rendering issue and can’t switch.
Same here, any progress, tips, tricks?
hi, still no solution to maximize the window?? very disappointed by this, I have a big monitor 2 meters away and I can't see anything!!
Hi this to let you know we are on it, no solution as of now. Thanks for your patience.
