I do not hear the sounds of pilots or passengers

Hello and excuse my English. I have FS Realistic V2 Pro and the following happens to me. Everything works fine for me but on the FENIX Airbus A320 I don't hear the ambient sound from the cockpit and I don't hear the ambient sound from the passenger cabin either. I have turned the volume up to the maximum in the options but nothing. How can I solve it?
