Plane shaking on ground

Hi there,

noob to fs-realistic here. I have an issue where I want to turn off the "shaking plane" in MSFS2020 on the ground. This might be passengers moving around?

I cannot figure out how this effect is called and where to turn it off; only found sound settings so far it seems.
